STEP 2: Next, is preparing to install your new shower head. Once you remove your old shower head make sure to clean off any rust and leftover tape on the shower arm threads. STEP 3: Now it’s time for your new shower head! Start by hand-tighten the new shower head on to the pipe by turning it clockwise. Turn on the water and check for leaks.
