We are located at 3130 N Narragansett Ave in Chicago and currently offer in-home/office and in-store
computer repair and cell phone repair services.
Why are your services priced so low? Is there a catch?
There's no catch. We can afford to provide low lost computer and cell phone service because we believe that
repeat business and satisfied, happy customers will help our company grow better than other overpriced
computer companies. At OnCallERS you will get personal, one-on-one support from a technician who cares
about servicing you, the customer.
Do your service Mac computers?
Yes, but on a limited basis. Our expertise with Mac computers is not as extensive as it is with PCs and
therefore we will evaluate each service request on an individual basis. Give us a call and we'll see if we can
help! We do offer iPhone repair services and have been doing so since August of 2007.
How long will it take my computer to be repaired?
Our goal is to return your computer to you in the time frame that you require. Normally, our services require
approximately one business day and can be returned the morning after the computer is picked up or dropped
off. If you require faster service, we will make every available effort to meet your request.
Do you offer warranty on repairs?
Yes! We offer a 30 day money back guarantee warranty on repair services on computers and cell phones.

What if my computer requires new hardware in order to be properly repaired?
If your computer requires a new piece of hardware to be fully operable, an OnCallERS technician will quote you
the best prices available for the hardware you need. You may either purchase this part yourself or have us
procure it for you. At OnCallERS, we will do everything we can to find you the part you need at the best price
available from our trusted list of wholesalers.
